Your job will be to create partnerships with brands and companies that align with our mission for health. These partnerships will cover a wide range of product categories and services: Clothing, Personal Care, Beauty, Tech, Jewelry, Food, and many more.
Your daily adventures will include:
- Managing your own sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, acquiring, and converting prospective customer interest through cold calls, emails, and meetings
- Negotiating and closing exclusive deals with consumer brands to place their products and services on Stepler's marketplace
- Performing regular follow-up calls and emails to our partners to ensure their satisfaction and to nurture the relationship
- Developing new business opportunities, growing existing ones, achieving growth, and delivering upon agreed sales targets
- Being the local representative of Stepler towards our partners and other external stakeholders in the market.
To thrive at Stepler, you should:
- Have excellent communication skills in both Polish and English
- Be an ambitious self-starter who is hungry to get results
- Have a strong sense of ownership and a hands-on approach
- Be comfortable with cold calling and cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Thrive in the fields of ad sales, direct sales, and digital sales
- Be a team player that finds it natural to help and contribute to the overall performance of Stepler as a company
- Like to have fun at work and spread positive vibes to your surroundings
- And, maybe the most important thing is that you are passionate about making the world healthier.
