Your daily work will include but not be limited to;

• Setting short-term and long-term strategies for the Performance Marketing Activities for all markets based on Stepler´s Business Objectives and Goals

• Budget Allocation, Campaign Creation, and Optimization across Digital Marketing Channels such as Google, TikTok, and Meta

• Drive Creative Innovation and improve Campaign Performance by running A/B Testing and similar

• Evaluate and Analyze Campaign Performance and optimize toward business targets

What you bring to Stepler:

- Relevant education at Bachelor's Degree Level or higher

- Minimum three years of experience managing Paid Social Campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google. Experience from other digital channels is meritorious

- Strong analytical skills

- Strong written and verbal English skills

And, maybe the most important thing – you are passionate about making the world healthier!
