Who you are:
We are looking for someone passionate about customer journeys and communications who has in-depth knowledge of analyzing data and customer demographics to develop a full CRM communications plan and oversee our customer-facing marketing collateral.
You will have experience in multi-channel CRM and has experience both in B2C and B2B.
A passion for creating a customer-centric experience for all our prospects and customers across the business is essential. You will also have a strong say in the selection of the CRM platform and will be an important cog in the implementation process.
Your daily adventures will include:
Manage the process for customer communication across key engagement channels (specifically email, in-app user engagement and push notifications) using our CRM platform
Define and analyze customer segments and create custom optimisation plans, getting the right message to the right customer at the right time
Bring a test and learn, data-driven approach to customer relationship marketing, executing a plan based on lifecycle, customer value, product engagement, and more
Work closely with the Product team to improve the customer experience in areas like onboarding journeys, personalisation, and dynamic communications
Work closely with the Data team on measurement, test design, and analysis
To thrive at Stepler, you should:
Have experience in customer relationship marketing. Experience in HealthTech / Move2earn / startup businesses.
Bring an analytical approach that focuses on understanding customer behavior and planning around data-driven insights
Been working deeply with metrics and can hold your own with the data to back you up
Have experience working with product teams
Have worked at scale with a population of millions of customers to drive engagement, retention, and to drive usage across an ecosystem of products
Like to have fun at work and spread positive vibes to your surroundings
