Your daily adventures will include:

• Expanding Stepler's presence and services across the German market

• Taking ownership of all aspects of the company's investment and growth in Germany

• Establish and develop strategic partnerships for company growth and improvement of sales

• Identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities on a local level relevant to the business.

• Advising and closely collaborating with Management and HQ teams to develop and execute key initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.

• Present reports regarding budgets, sales development, new business leads, and regulatory compliance

• A central role in building and developing the local Stepler team

To thrive at Stepler, you should:

• Be a self-motivated entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of ownership and a hands-on approach.

• Have 4+ years of experience in the fields of operations/general management

• Have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, or a similar field

• Be comfortable with developing business frameworks to support your strategies and decisions.

• Have excellent and proven leadership skills

• Be fluent in English and German, located in Germany, and well familiar with local business culture

• Like to have fun at work and spread positive vibes to your surroundings

• And, maybe the most important thing – you are passionate about making the world a healthier place!
