What you’ll do
As CTO of Stepler you will drive the continuous recruitment of tech stars and assume overall responsibility for our product & technical strategy. You are the technical leader that inspire, motivate, and challenge the development teams on a strategic and operational level. You will act as an ambassador for Stepler's values and grow a strong engineering culture in the company. To do this you will set directions for the team, drive different development projects, and work with their strategy roadmap going forward on the mission to make the world healthier.

Who are you
In this role you will work in the intersection between the commercial and the technical parts of Stepler, and to be able to do this we believe you are co-operative. Since we are on a journey where we will scale up our product team it’s important that you are structured, and able to organize your work effectively and build structures that others can work from. You will work closely with our different departments and it’s crucial that you are communicative, so all the involved knows what and when something should be done. Last but not least we believe that you are business-oriented, one of the most important parts of the role will be to build products that are relevant and valuable for our customers.
- 5+ years of commercial development experience
- Team leading experience in a CTO role or similar
- Business oriented problem solver
- Have proven experience of working with road maps, follow-ups and planning
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge in Swedish is beneficial but not required
- The drive to make the world healthier
Big bonus points if you have previous experience of
- High growth start up or scale up environment preferably in the health tech segment
- Working within a B2C-app company
